Bids being accepted for services:
The Fairfax R-3 School District is currently seeking bids for the refurbishing of the gymnasium floor. This will involve removing layers of wax and finish as well as repairing any soft spots on the court. Qualified companies are invited to submit a sealed copy of a formal proposal. Bids should be itemized and submitted as one bid for the entire completed project. Mark all bids on the outside of the envelope as "Gym Floor Project" and addressed to Dr. Jason McDowell, Superintendent. The deadline for submission is November 19, 2025, at 10:00 am. Discussion and approval will occur at the November 20, 2025, School Board Meeting. An onsite visit to view the scope of the project, discuss specific needs and collect dimensions is required.
