Superintendent - Thank you for visiting the Fairfax R-3 School web site, and welcome to Fairfax R-3 School.
Our team of dedicated board members and educators work hard to provide a quality education enhanced by extra curricular programs in a safe environment.
We have much to appreciate and celebrate in the Fairfax R-3 School District.We have excellent teachers, great support staff, an outstanding Board of Education, and exceptional community support. Our extra curricular programs are strong, our students are well behaved and respectful, and academically our students continue to perform well.
Each year the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) assesses student, school, and district performance. Indicators show that the Fairfax R-3 School District will be recognized for "Distinction in Student Performance" again this year. This will be the third year in a row that Fairfax R-3 has received this recognition.
It takes a lot of effort from the students, faculty, staff, board of education, and administration to maintain this high level of educational performance, and we are committed to staying diligent in meeting the challenge. The support from the parents and the community is equally important to our goals. The Fairfax parents and community has always been there for our students and for this we are greatly appreciative.
